Hi, I am Alexandra Truong (Alex). I am from Vietnam. After completing my undergraduate at the National University of Singapore in Real estate investment, I worked as a real estate investment manager at a major developer in Singapore for five years, which extensively taught me how a real estate investment and fund management business works. During this time, I became highly appreciative of the role of good data and data analysis in investment and asset management. This motivated me to pursue the reputed and accelerated Master Program in Data Science at the University of British Columbia. I enjoy this intense and challenging coursework immensely as it focuses on real applications. Therefore, I am very much excited to use my skill and experience in both data science and real estate to solve meaningful practical problems.
